Leadership and Organizational Development, USA –In collaboration with Emergent Inquiry Consulting (EIC) and different clients we designed and implemented a strategic process to strengthen a high-performance leadership team by combining behavior change approaches with human talent management.
The intervention aimed to enhance clarity around collective goals, improve internal communication dynamics, and foster team self-management—creating more collaborative, resilient, and sustainable work environments.
Through participatory sessions and behavior science-based methodologies, a profound transformation was facilitated in how the team organizes, makes decisions, and responds to challenges. This process strengthened adaptive, people-centered structures, contributing to the development of a strong organizational culture aligned with the institution’s purpose.
