Our Impact

At Espelosin Consulting, we believe that true impact is built locally and sustained over time. Throughout our journey, we have designed and implemented strategic interventions that have driven meaningful change in rural communities, environmentally sensitive territories, and partner organizations across more than 20 countries. Each intervention has been an opportunity to strengthen capacities, shift behaviors starting with understanding people roots, and support community leadership, particularly among youth, women, and Indigenous peoples. Our projects have promoted everything from natural resource conservation to the adoption of sustainable practices, always rooted in active community participation and respect for local knowledge. Here, we share some examples of our work across diverse territories and contexts.

Community Engagement – Fish Forever, RARE

Bahamas 2025

In 2025, during a consultancy with the Fish Forever team at Rare, we designed a community outreach intervention to engage new communities and regions in the Bahamas.

Behavior Change – Amazonia Mia, Chemonics, USAID

Guaviare, Colombia 2023 - 2025

In partnership with Naturaleza Creativa, Chemonics, USAID, and Amazonia Mia, we co-created a behavior change strategy with and for cattle ranchers in the Guaviare region, whose primary livelihood was meat sales.

Author of the book on empathy for ¡Hola, Sésamo! (Sesame Workshop)

Author of the children's empathy book for the global ¡Hola, Sésamo! series, an initiative by Sesame Workshop focused on the socio-emotional development of young children in vulnerable communities around the world.

Training of Trainers, Mexico – Island Conservation

2023

In collaboration with the Grupo de Ecología y Conservación de Islas (GECI), we designed and facilitated a customized workshop focused on community outreach.

Indigenous Leadership, Pastoralist Community, Kenya – Legado

2021

In collaboration with Legado, their methodology was adapted to design and implement community outreach workshops for pastoralist Indigenous peoples in Wamba, Kenya.
